Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles (Evening Walks 7.00pm August 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th).
