Overview
Functional Fitness class for over 50's to maintain / improve Endurance, Strength, Balance and Mobility - everything you need to lead a healthy life! This is our most intensive class held for seniors - floor exercises are included so bring a mat (although some are provided). The class is varied each week. Strength bands are issued free to regular attenders to keep (and use at home!) Exercises are varied to suit all levels. If you are not sure this is for you - please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. We are also running a Free Functional Fitness MOT for you to be able to assess your abilities.Club features
