An up and down hills session in Dallington. Warm up in Dallington Park - followed by 3 sets of 4 reps of "up and down" the dip in Dallington village. 3mins rest between each set.

This 5 week course managed by the Holly Hill Leisure Centre is aimed at anyone who has recently taken up, or had a long break from running. All participants should be able to run 2+ miles.
