Using the NHS C25k programme, we aim to cover 5k in 9 weeks. Ideally, to really benefit from these sessions, you will need to complete 2 other sessions each week, in your own time. So download the NHS app and get your trainers ready!

The course is zero to 1 mile or 1 mile to 5k (Couch to 5K)
