Overview
Sessions for all levels of runner and walking groups.Walk to Run - starts with more walking than running. Qualified Leader. Build confidence and fitness gradually.
5 to 5 - to get you from running 5 minutes to running 5km with confidence.
Run Fitness - social, regular running groups at a pace between 11 and 12 minutes per mile. Run for 45 or 55 minutes or occasional 'Fun and Fast' session.
Run Plus - social, regular running groups at a pace under 10 minutes per mile. Run for 45 or 55 minutes or occasional 'Fun and Fast' session.
Walk plus- regular walking groups for fitness. A brisk pace to raise the heart rate. Very social!
