Boxing based fitness sessions give a new and exciting take on boxing. We use top of the range punch tracks to record and log each workout, giving us accurate and detailed data for every client. All of this enables us to create exercises to help improve cardio, muscular and core strength.
Cricket training sessions for boys aged 11 and under. Sessions from April to July at Saint Cross Symondians Cricket Club. Juniors play matches during the week and on Sundays. Friday evening is club night.
