Beginner classes designed to teach you how to Nordic Walk and get the most out this form of exercise.
Meet at 10.45am. This group walk begins at 11:00am every Monday at Parklife Cafe, Lloyd Park. This is a circular walk through Lloyd Park and surrounding areas. The walk will split into two or three walks of different difficulties. This walk lasts around 60 minutes.
Meet at 10.15am. This group walk begins at 10:30am every Saturday at Lloyd Park tram stop. This is a circular walk includes hills and slops to access viewpoints through Lloyd Park and surrounding areas. This walk lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
Meet at 12.45pm. This group walk begins at 1pm every Monday at Parklife Cafe, Lloyd Park. This is a circular walk through Lloyd Park and surrounding areas. The walk covers potentially hilly terrain. This walk lasts around 90 minutes.

All walks are risk assessed and led by trained volunteer walk leaders. We encourage walkers to set their own pace. Participants walk at their own risk.Refreshments and toilet facilities are available on all walks.
