Our Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Qigong steps, in mirror image, describing each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. Along the way we'll learn the health benefits of each move. Dance FIIT is a Dance Fitness class, which lasts an hour. Non-stop music, for a full on cardio party. All routines are broken down within the actual song, so that you can get the hang of them as you go along, so no stopping and starting. We do this because it helps bring a sense of a party and enjoyment, rather than feeling like you are having to learn something.

A half hour relaxation class to unwind on a Friday night. We’ll start with the traditional roller release for back and shoulders and move through the body, finishing with the cranial and whole body release using the trigger point spiky balls.
