Improve your health and well-being by taking part in our Tai-Chi for Health Programme. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. Develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow, fluid movements that can help promote relaxation. Every Tuesday Session 1: 1:30-2:30pm Session 2: 2:45-3:45pm. £2 per session. This is a session for people with disabilities, mainly aimed at children, but some adults do attend. The sessions provide sensory sound and interactive light systems which helps a number of people with disabilities to relax and provides a calming effect.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
