A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.

The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. A session for complete beginners and those who want to get into running but who are not confident enough to run a 5km. A social session with a mix of running and walking to help you meet your fitness goals.
