Gentle but dynamic form of yoga.
Otago Exercise Program comes from Otago University in New Zealand. These exercises are proven to help prevent falls in older adults. Balance exercises are performed at an exercise/ballet bar. Strength work is done with Therbands/resistance bands (you need your own, I have them for sale for £3 each). We sometimes use hand weights (provided by the centre). We also work on mobility for our joints and on flexibility. £3.70 payable by card only. FREE to Better members.
