Inclusive United's daytime inclusive football sessions are for young adults aged 18+ with mild to moderate learning disabilities, neurodiversity, SEN (special educational needs) or additional needs. Participants play in a safe, inclusive and fun environment, develop their football skills and build their confidence. There is also time for participants to meet new friends and socialise, play pool and table tennis in the social hub.
Our Movement for Memory classes are aimed at those who have memory loss or cognitive impairment, and are perfect for those with Parkinson's, Dementia or MS. We focus on dance-based routines and exercises to improve strength, balance mobility and co-ordination. TERM-TIME ONLY
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
Enjoy rhythmic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness for all ages and abilities. Wearing active gear will ensure you feel most comfortable throughout the session. Become a member or pay as you go. If you're not a member each session costs £7, but your first session is free!
