Exercise classes designed by our physiotherapist for older people to help you stay strong and active, improve your balance and flexibility and conquer those aches and pains no matter what your age or ability. Our 'Circuits' Classes are Weekly hour long classes led by Keep Phytt trained instructors for with more challenging exercises including regular use of weights, mats and a rowing machine.
For this fabulous walk we meet at the usual car park for Cocking walks and follow our regular Cocking West route. On the return leg, we’ll take a short diversion north off the South Downs Way to visit the reserve. We'll stop for coffee at the Cadence Café, located on the path leading up from the car park. The full loop is approximately 7 km, taking around 1 hour and 30 minutes to walk, and finishes up a path directly opposite the café.
