An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
This walk will include a mixture of various different paces, but at all times you should be able to talk, walk and get some exercise. Ideal for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, but at the same time enjoy the social side of the walk.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Come along to our free Walk & Talk in Sheldon park and meet some new people whilst exercising. This activity is free to those aged 50 and over.

A walk starting from Burghill Church, across fields and orchards. Mainly level walking on easy footpaths, two short hilly sections. Lovely views. Park up the lane next to the church.
