PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A fitness class for all seniors to help and maintain / improvement overal ability to move and enjoy life! Each class incorporates flexibility, endurance, balance and strength exercises which are shown to help enhance the quality of life as we get older. The class is fun and friendly too!

Glenburn Table Tennis Club provides table tennis coaching from beginner to international level and at the moment have children covering that full range of abilities.

Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.

Seated Yoga is a wonderful way to keep fit. Incorporating flowing, effective movements with breath work and mindfulness you will leave feeling stretched, renewed and toned. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
