Inclusive United's daytime inclusive football sessions are for young adults aged 18+ with mild to moderate learning disabilities, neurodiversity, SEN (special educational needs) or additional needs. Participants play in a safe, inclusive and fun environment, develop their football skills and build their confidence. There is also time for participants to meet new friends and socialise, play pool and table tennis in the social hub.
Forever cycling allows users to "cycle" through some of the world's most amazing Cities and Landmarks. Using only floor pedals from the comfort of a normal chair you will be shown a tour of various Cities whilst socialising with the group.
We offer circuit based classes for all levels. Adaptations for those who attend with post injury/weakness recovery work All our classes are open to everyone as we offer many differentiation moves and all classes offer progressions and regressions. We concentrate on the seven principles of human movement – hinge, plank, push, pull, squat, lunge and rotation, as well as balance £4 per session. Must be a U3A Member (~£13 per year)
A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
