A weekly sledge hockey club for people with a physical disability. Tuesdays 7pm - 9pm Opportunity provided by www.activelivingnolimits.co.uk hosted by Disability Sport NI.
Interested parties should initially contact the above. They will then be invited along on a Tuesday evening to see the club and to be introduced to the sport of prone target rifle shooting. Due to the nature of the sport, we have rules and regulations that must be adhered to and so a basic vetting will take place before full club membership can be confirmed. Mixed ability. Equipment class using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair. This class uses the fundamentals of Pilates (improved posture, stability, flexibility and strength) and incorporates these into a higher intensity session using the Pilates equipment and small weights to strengthen, stretch and tone giving you that fabulous Pilates body – we may get a little sweaty in this class too!
