Sociable midweek daytime run with optional chat, coffee and cake at Cafe Ambio afterwards . Everyone welcome. Typically an easy 30 minutes or 5km run session depending on who turns up. You can use this session to have company if you want to start a c25k program. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
