Our combined Tai Chi and Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. This walk is approximately 4.5/5 miles. There are two different options according to sign ups and the weather. Both options include a longish medium incline and possibly a couple of short steeper ramps. The walk is along country lanes, grass tracks, open countryside and wooded tracks.
