Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Active @ 60+ tennis is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is new to tennis or anyone who is a beginner to come and enjoy a social game of tennis. The session is on Tuesday's 1.00-3.00pm.
