Overview
The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. Each class is taught by a qualified and knowledgeable instructor who will be able to answer any questions you might have. You will be able to exercise at your own pace in a positive environment and meet others in your local community who are at a similar ability level. There is a mixture of standing and seated exercises. You will need to be able to stand for most of the class and be able to walk around the hall. Please bring a mat or a towel for the Intermediate/Advanced class as there will be some floor work included. Don’t forget to bring some water to stay hydrated and wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are suitable for exercise.Club features
