Walking for Wellbeing – free, weekly walking group. Moving a little more and spending time outdoors can make a difference to our mental health. Join our Walking for Wellbeing group, in partnership with Shawn Leek, The Mental Health Runner. This free, weekly walking group is open to everyone, no matter your ability. It’s a great way to get outside, move a little more, and connect with others in a safe, non judgemental environment.
Dance like no one is watching - in a fun and friendly over 50's environment.Stay for a coffee afterwards to meet new friends. All classes 45 mins. Simple to follow dance routines, variations given for different levels of fitness. Wear comfortable shoes that are not too grippy. Each session is £7.50 Please call to book a place as spaces are still limited to allow plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
