Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter, and camaraderie. Our sessions will be lead by a walking netball host who will support you if you are new to netball or would like a refresher. Join Helen for a seated tai chi and qigong session. This session is ideal for people who would like to try tai chi but would prefer to take part seated. The session will emphasise focus and relaxation. The class takes place on the ground floor. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel.
