Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
A recovery and rehabilitation exercise class for sports injuries, health conditions or relaxation. This class benefits from the low impact, supported movements that the pool has to offer.
Start your day with a small-group outdoor Pilates class in the heart of Battersea Park. This 55-minute session focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility — all with the fresh air and open space of the park. Suitable for all levels, with personalised guidance from your instructor to help you move well and feel energised for the day ahead.
