Wednesday evening 60 min exercise session outdoors on astroturf. 15 minute pre-session warm up and everything is supplied from bibs to the ball. All you need to do is bring a water bottle, suitable footwear, and turn up to have fun. Each week there is are different captains nominated - see YouTube channel. Be prepared to make new friends and your first session is completely FREE! First Aiders & Defibrillators are also available pitch side.

Our Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Qigong steps from the front of the hall, in mirror image, describing each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. Along the way we'll learn the health benefits of each move. Our wrestling classes focus on a number of grappling holds from clinch fighting, throws, takedowns and more. You will learn how to use these techniques to your advantage, by maintaining superior positions to your opponent and restricting their threat without striking blows.

Weekly Club training session for junior members aged 8 - 17 years inclusive. Our Wheelchair Rugby sessions are focused on fun physical activity teaching young players the skills for participation in GBWR Junior events. We also ensure that players are supported to transition to the senior programme as and when required.
Sessions open to all adult players 18+ or Junior players who have completed a GBWR fit to play assessment. Weekly club sessions for players eligible to play either WR5s or Classified Paralympic Wheelchair Rugby. All sessions are led by GBWR level 2 recognised coach.
Come along as a beginner or a more advanced level pole student. We will teach spins, tricks and short combos on static and spin pole. Use any membership for this class or do one off sessions.
