Wheelie Active Clubs offer multi-activity sessions for children aged 4-12 years old with a physical disability. This activity will help with the fundamentals on how to train and give you the basic mechanics of how to use gym equipment safely, also structure a workout ensuring form is correct. Please only book onto one class each week. We will be working on one muscle group each week.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A contemporary dance class for young people aged 13-18 Years (School years 9-13). In this class, dancers will improve their technical skills.
