Overview

New to strength and functional fitness training? Or want to develop foundation skills? Our weekly ‘fundamentals‘ session offers you the chance to develop the basic skills to take part in our full programme with confidence. Programmed over 6 week training blocks, focussing on movement quality in key strength lifts, whilst outlining typical session formats relative to our programme. Giving you the knowledge, understanding and confidence to progress effectively and safely in our group training environment
