Who can Join

This Pilates session is exclusively for female participants aged 16 years and older.

What to expect

Expect a rejuvenating session that combines controlled movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises designed to improve posture, muscle tone, and mental clarity.

Capacity

Our Pilates session has a maximum capacity of 15 participants to ensure individual attention and a supportive environment. Book your spot early to secure your place!

Pricing

Join us for a single session at the rate of £5. 

Location

Find us at our welcoming studio at St Margaret's School in Bushey. Immerse yourself in a peaceful setting as you focus on your mind-body connection during our invigorating Pilates session.

Other 

We have a cancellation policy of 24 hours, this means that anyone who has booked a ticket can go online and cancel or move their own tickets.  After this period you can still cancel your tickets but you won't receive a refund. Any issues with this please contact us.
