Welcome to our Pilates session in Bushey! Join us for a rejuvenating experience that focuses on improving your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of exercises designed to enhance your core strength and posture, leaving you feeling energised and refreshed.

Who can Join:

This session is exclusively for female participants. All levels are welcome, and our instructors are trained to provide additional support for those with hearing, physical, learning, visual impairments, mental health issues, or social/behavioural problems.

What to expect:

Expect a calming atmosphere where you can unwind and focus on your mind-body connection. Our Pilates class will help you improve your balance, coordination, and muscle tone through controlled movements and breathing techniques.

Capacity:

Our session can accommodate up to 15 participants to ensure individual attention and a personalised experience.

Pricing:

Join us for just £5 per session. 

Location:

Find us in Bushey, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a peaceful Pilates practice.

We have a cancellation policy of 24 hours, this means that anyone who has booked a ticket can go online and cancel or move their own tickets.   After this period they can still cancel their tickets but they don’t receive a refund. Any issues with this please contact us.
