Bring your baby Boxercise

Get ready to punch, jab, and sweat it out in our fun and energetic Boxercise session designed specifically for mums with babies. This high-energy workout combines boxing techniques with cardio and strength training to help you get back in shape while bonding with your little one.

Who can Join

This session is exclusively for female participants, and mums are encouraged to bring their babies along. We provide additional support for those with hearing, physical, learning, visual impairments, mental health issues, or social and behavioural problems.

What to expect

Expect a dynamic and engaging workout that will challenge your body and mind. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of boxing drills, cardio exercises, and strength training, all while keeping your baby entertained and involved.

Capacity

Our session can accommodate up to 15 participants and babies to ensure a personalised and focused experience for everyone. This allows for individual attention and support from our instructors.
