💧 New Water Wellness sessions now running at 1Leisure Medina! 1Leisure, in collaboration with Energise Me and Public Health, is excited to introduce gentle, low‑impact aquatic classes designed to support health, mobility, and overall wellbeing. The sessions use Aquatic Exercise, which can help improve joint mobility, reduce pain and stiffness, and build strength and endurance. The buoyancy of the water provides a comfortable, supportive environment, and all classes are led by qualified Level 3 Aquatic Activity for Health instructors, ensuring participants receive safe and personalised guidance. These welcoming sessions form part of the Water Wellbeing programme and are designed to support people living with arthritis, rheumatic diseases, musculoskeletal conditions, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's and anyone who benefits from water-based exercise. No swimming ability needed. Equipment provided. Just arrive pool ready and bring water to stay hydrated.
