An opportunity for you to enjoy the benefits of Pilates in a fitness environment. Expect focus on the core muscles and to challenge yourself, improving all over body strength and tone. Your Fitness Pilates instructor and experienced Personal Trainer, Kim, is guaranteed to support you in a fun and motivating class. Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water. Additional props will be provided, if needed.
