Overview

A beautiful combination of 35 minutes of indoor cycling and 10 minutes of stretch, for the perfect cardiovascular and flexibility workout. *Please come at least 5 minutes before class start time, in order to ensure you are comfortable on your bike and so that your instructor, Peter, can run through any necessary safety information with you* Please bring a bottle of water and sweat towel if needed. Please also ensure you have completed and submitted a PARQ health form at https://www.sasp.co.uk/forms/view/beach-wellness-parq-22 before attending.
