Walk&Talk4Men: December Witham Walk

Walk&Talk4Men

Overview

We are pleased to confirm our next Witham Walk&Talk4Men event with Alex MacGregor, which is our usual River Walk for our gents and bros, and our last one of 2024, this time on Sunday 8th December, meeting outside the Town Hall in Newland Street at 11am and starting off at 11:15am. The walk's quite a steady gentle one, roughly 2-3k along the River. All are welcome to join us for light refreshments at Valero Lounge in Newland Street as we usually do after the walk. Parking is available nearby in both Mill Lane and Newland Drive car parks on Sunday all day for £1.50. In the event of any inclement / severe weather or sudden changes to schedule we will aim to notify within at least 48 hours before the walk is due to take place. As this is also going to be our last walk event before Christmas, for a bit of fun, if you want to get involved, you can wear a Christmas jumper! All men and those who identify as men are welcome to join our regular monthly walk event to talk in a safe supportive environment about anything that's on your mind or any struggles you may be having with your mental health, or even just to be listening ears for someone who might need it. All whilst getting some gentle exercise and fresh air! Please share with the gents and bros in your life - we look forward to seeing you on 8th December!
