Overview
This is a seniors class for all ages above 50 and all levels of fitness. The class is fun and all ages (above 50)/ all abilities welcome. The exercises aim to improve your function: day to day life. Incorporating Strength, Balance, Mobility, Coordination and endurance. Seated options are available. Start the weekend with a boost! Bring along a water bottle, comfortable clothing. Strength bands are provided. First session is free to give you a chance to see if its suitable. Then its £4.00 per session. The class is held in the Function Room and the Greenlands Inn - which is directly opposite Longbridge Railway stationClub features
