Overview
An exciting and innovative new class dedicated to combatting the loss of lean muscle as we age, keeping muscles and cells strong to keep fit, active and mobile. Incorporating some weight training weekly can lower the risk of developing conditions such as diabetes and arthritis and can also improve pre and post-menopausal symptoms in women. Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water. Appropriate weights, from 1kg up, will be provided. Please ensure you have completed a PARQ health form at https://www.sasp.co.uk/forms/view/beach-wellness-parq-22 before attending.
