Overview
Come and unwind, breathe and flow with us, at the brand new, clean and airy Minehead Community Building. Begin, or develop, your Yoga technique, improve your balance, strengthen your lungs and encourage good breathing patterns, at a relaxed pace, for your very best mental health and all-round wellbeing. Suitable for all, though ability to move from the mat to standing is necessary. Please bring your own mat, a bottle of water, and any yoga props/blocks/straps or blankets/cosy socks that you would like.
