A motivating new class, encouraging you mentally and physically to achieve your goals of improved cardiovascular performance and strengthened muscles, whilst having fun! Peter, our experienced Personal Trainer, will lead you through an uplifting mind and body workout in a circuit format, allowing you to work at your own pace and ability level, leaving you feeling accomplished, strong and healthy. Perfect after work to de-stress. Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water. Appropriate weights, steps and other equipment will be provided.
