Overview
A new class to introduce you to the benefits of gentle yoga and mindfulness. Suitable for beginners and those who would like to take it slowly. I’ll share calming breathing methods, gentle yoga and practical mindful meditation. Mindfulness can increase awareness of your body, mind and breath, gentle movements can allow the body to release tension and calming breathing methods can settle the nervous system improving feelings of wellbeing. The aim is to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and connected. Held in a purpose built studio with mats, cushion and blankets, chair can be provided and the class can be adapted to suit all abilities.
