New Mills Boundary Walk 1 The New Mills Boundary is approximately 18 miles in circumference, the aim of these walks is to complete the Boundary over a series of walks.Taking in a mixture of Woods, Riverside, Canals, Country Roads and fine views of the surrounding areas too. This walk sets off from the Leisure Centre on Hyde Bank Road in New Mills w epass through The Tors Country Park and the wooded countryside by the River Goyt beforejoining the road to Strines heading along the road to Strines and going up another wooded Bridlepath to the Fox Inn where we start to head along a country road with fine views before dropping back down to the start. Meeting point instructions:

Meeting just outside the leisure centre by the small car park. There is some on street parking nearby which is Free, and there are plenty of Pay and Display car parks a short walk from our meeting spot. If using Torr Top Car Park be very careful how you enter your registration as there are two options, your Full Reg gives you a free hour, and Half your reg is needed if wanting to stay for longer and pay!
