Overview
Disley Nordic Walks Meeting at the War Memorial in Disley ( in front of the Rams Head). We`ll take aprt in a short warm-up before we head off exploring the countryside around the Parish of Disley. I t varies from urban to rural very quickly with differing views to be had on each walk. The walks are advertised at 90mins but they may take a litlle longer than that, due to terrain, weather, etc. After the walk there is a short stretching session too. Walk Details Time 10:30-12:00 Gear 1-2 and hill technique Distance approx distance of 5km (3 Miles) Elevation Gain varies Terrain a variety of woodland trails, rocky bridlepaths, canal towpaths, fields and quiet roads. What to expect. There is a short warm-up before the walk and stretches after it.
