National Junior sessions led by Junior Development Officer for Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby.
GBWR are hosting an engagement event for junior wheelchair rugby players to attend on Saturday, 26 October 2024. The event will be held 11am – 2pm at Arborfield Green Leisure Centre, Arborfield, Reading, RG2 9GB.
This event is a continuation of our regular monthly junior sessions, engaging junior players to access further training opportunities. Open to all junior players existing or new to the sport aged 8–17 with a physical disability and who are eligible for both the Paralympic and wheelchair rugby fives disciplines.
These monthly sessions will now be delivered utilising the same values and expectations of the talent pathway to support and set early standards for potential future transition.
