Accessible Dance

Overview

Claire’s classes are welcoming and aimed at having a dance experience. Inspired by classical and contemporary dance repertoire – from the romatic Les Sylphides, to the modern day Nutcracker. Carers are welcome to join in or observe with a cup of tea or coffee. This class is aimed at anyone who loves to move but cannot access a full class, whether you have a medical diagnosis such as dementia or Parkinson’s, or have a learning or physical disability that restricts how comfortable you feel joining in with exercise, this class could be a great place to start. Drop Claire an email if you want to check suitability before booking.
