Looking for something a little different? No experience necessary! Suitable for all abilities! Incorporating chair dance, floor work and flow! Relaxed, inclusive atmosphere, this class is for anyone. We will be working on a piece of choreography incorporating body confidence and self confidence boosting exercises. This will include dance, movement and finding your sexy side! Throw your inhibitions aside and bring out your sass! Heels are optional. Dress comfortably/practically but feel free to sass it up if you wish! LEGGINGS/LEG WARMERS/KNEE PADS ADVISED.
