Overview
This is the class for you if you are feeling your age, or flexibly-challenged, want to improve your muscular and core body strength, and/or improve your balance and energy levels. If standing or lying on a mat is difficult, the exercises can be done on a chair. You might have been practising yoga for years, or be new to it. Suitable for older students, as well as those who might be living with chronic fatigue-type illness, or just want a very gentle practice.
