Fabulous fun way to improve or maintain mobility. After a little catch up we dance to warm up, strengthen, challenge our balance and stretch. Something to look forward to in the week. Space Required: Small amount of space around your chair. I do encourage standing at one point but if you want to keep seated that is fine. Equipment: Small ball and resistance band plus chair. I can post these out to you.
Using a resistance band and improving balance, strength and posture
Our Zoom classes are designed to get you up and moving each morning. Each session includes mobility, balance, strength, aerobic exercise and flexibility. All done within 30 minutes! Options are given so everyone moves to their own ability.
Suitable for all levels. Adaptations and alernatives offered throughout the class where needed.

This 30 minute class is perfect if you are stuck at a desk all day. Take 30 minutes out of your day to improve your strength and flexibility, It helps reduced stress and improves mental clarity – perfect if you’ve been focussing on a screen all morning, It also helps reduce stress and is great for pain management
Dance FIIT is a Dance Fitness class, which lasts an hour. Non-stop music, for a full on cardio party. All routines are broken down within the actual song, so that you can get the hang of them as you go along, so no stopping and starting. We do this because it helps bring a sense of a party and enjoyment, rather than feeling like you are having to learn something.
