Overview
Para Dance UK wants to make sure #EveryoneCanDance! Our inclusive online dance classes are perfect for all abilities and open to anyone who wants to try dancing. You can take part seated or standing and take rest breaks as needed. The most important thing is that you have fun! Our Primary After School Dance Club is open to primary school aged children and takes place after school! These classes are a brilliant opportunity to be expressive while using fun actions and exploring many genres of dance. Sessions will include a warm-up, a routine, and then a relaxing cool-down to finish.
