Para Dance UK wants to make sure #EveryoneCanDance! Our inclusive online dance classes are perfect for all abilities and open to anyone who wants to try dancing. You can take part seated or standing, and take rest breaks as needed. The most important thing is that you have fun! Our Adults Dance Club is open to all adults.
