Online strength and conditioning training for women. Aimed at women with injuries or prehab / rehab before or after surgery. Participants have knee and hip replacements and long term lower back / shoulder conditions. Classes are offered in 6 week blocks. Each class builds on the previous classes so participants can see they are making progress.

This class is for people who may find a general class challenging. It involves mostly chair based stretching and strengthening techniques. Adapted classical yoga postures. The option for some standing work and some floor based work. If you find it a challenge to get to the floor you can do this part of the class on a bed. Some breathing practice and relaxation.
