Heligan Gardens Walk As walkers arrive they split into 4 groups with different walk paces to cover the 200 acre site at a speed to suit each individual. Please make yourself known to any of the walk leaders who will be wearing a hi vis vest. This session is open to all GP referral and cardiac rehabilitation scheme graduates to help you keep up a healthy and active lifestyle. Suitable for those with restricted mobility and for those that prefer to exercise seated. Inclusive and accessible for all.
A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
