Class designed for those that have had a fall, fearful of falling or those recovering from illness or surgery and want to regain strength balance and coordination, session designed in conjunction with Age UK
This class starts with basic breathing and includes mediation protection, visual mediation, healing meditation, gratitude practice and finishes with a healing drum session, suitable for all and can be done seated or lying. Please bring a blanket
Our disability multi-sport sessions are fully inclusive and led by qualified coaches or instructors. Participants have the opportunity to benefit from team games, develop their communication skills, increase their confidence and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Love to Move is a British Gymnastics class which is an age and dementia friendly gymnastics session. Specifically designed to get older people moving and functioning better, Love to Move uses foundation gymnastic skills, cognitive stimulation therapy and social interaction activities to achieve this.
Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.
Great for people experiencing challenges with mobility or balance as the whole class takes place in a chair! No dance experience is needed and there are no wrong moves. Wear comfy clothes you can move easily in and bring some water.

A swim session including sensory pool features such as lights and sounds
A chair based workout which is fun all the way. The chair allows a stable support whilst you are doing your class. Exercises are based around lifting the heart rate, strengthening and stretching your muscles. All done with the support of a chair.
