Build full-body strength in a small-group outdoor class using barbells, weights, and timed circuits. This 55-minute session is designed to help you get stronger, improve muscle tone, and gain confidence with lifting — all in the fresh air of Battersea Park. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you’ll get personalised coaching and safe technique guidance, whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter.
Embark on an exciting day filled with engaging activities at the farm. Join us for a unique experience connecting with nature and animals! Our Butterflies Club Staff will lead the activities and support the children throughout the day. This is a structured environment, where children need to be able to follow safety instructions to remain safe during the activities.
