Overview

Aerial circus training - Developed in collaboration with ‘Extraordinary Bodies’ the UK's only professional integrated circus company and a partnership between Diverse City and Cirque Bijou. The class covers various disciplines, including silks, sling, hoop and more. Students learn essential techniques, transitions, and choreography under the experienced and supportive guidance of experienced instructors. The class aims to build strength and resilience as students conquer new challenges and push their own boundaries. Above all, students will enjoy the exhilarating empowering experience in a safe and supportive setting.
